My Role at Uber
I. Overview
For 1.5 years, I led content marketing efforts for JUMP, Uber’s electric bike brand. I also assisted in the launch of Uber Transit and Uber electric scooters.
II. My Role
Starting from the ground up, I developed the brand strategy, produced creative content for the launch, and managed large-scale content creation as the brand expanded.
III. The Result
Through a mix of hands-on content creation and strategic direction, I helped establish JUMP’s visual identity and grew its social presence, engaging communities in new cities with impactful, localized content.
Visual Identity and Content Creation
Created and executed the brand strategy for JUMP’s launch, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand identity. Shot and edited all creative content for the launch, including photography and video.
Responsible for creating and producing all the visual content that brought the brand to life. I handled everything from concept creation to hands-on shooting and editing, ensuring the content was tailored to each city we launched in. Additionally, I built and managed a network of freelancers to scale content production across multiple locations, all while overseeing JUMP’s social media presence, which saw substantial growth during my time.
The Results
From billboards around the city to paid ads on Facebook and Instagram, these visuals were designed to do more than look good; they helped bring new riders on board.
